 Forthcoming events

A pop up cafe is coming to East Ruston Village hall !

Starting on Wednesday 7th February Molly will be selling scrumptious cakes and delicious coffee from 10.00 til 12.00.

Our committee hopes that this does become a firm favourite with people within our community. It will provide an opportunity to come and have a natter with old friends and make new ones.  Take a book to read or borrow one from the village hall, or perhaps bring your knitting or crocheting.

We would love to see you here.

Pilates Classes Friday Afternoons 3.00 -4.00pm

We are delighted to advise we found a first rate instructor to host Pilates classes.

Here is a profile of Boo Williams:

"I am a level 3 qualified (Advanced) instructor. I studied in London and of course absolutely love Pilates myself - it makes such absolute sense. I live in Worstead Norfolk. My classes are for all ages and abilities.

I teach someone who is 82. My classes vary to suit who is attending. Most classes are mixed ability to suit everyone. I teach Mat Pilates although classes involve standing work for improving balance and functional movement. Pilates is not difficult; it is utterly doable if you work according to your body's needs.

Joseph Pilates said, "In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a whole new body."
